Challenge

The refinery required LBMA-aligned chain-of-custody: proof of licensed mine, independent assay linked to physical batch, and UAE import approval within 10 days. Previous suppliers failed due to missing on-ground verification and slow permit processing in Juba.

Solution

We verified the source at a licensed cooperative near Torit, captured GPS-tagged photos during weighing, applied tamper-proof seals under dual custody, and coordinated fire assay with SGS Accra. All documents including Minerals Commission license, payment record, and UAE customs form were submitted 96 hours before shipment; clearance was granted on arrival.
