We aggregate gold from multiple licensed small-scale producers under one verified consignment only where local regulation permits and documentation is auditable. In Sudan’s Red Sea State and South Sudan’s Eastern Equatoria, we work with registered cooperatives and individual license holders who supply consistent volumes. Each source is physically reconfirmed before consolidation: weight recorded on calibrated scales, samples sealed, and operator IDs cross-checked against Minerals Commission registers.
No pooled material moves without full batch-level traceability. We use durable logbooks not apps with dual signatures per transfer. This allows buyers to receive consolidated shipments without losing sight of origin. Aggregation reduces logistics cost and port handling time while preserving accountability. Since 2015, we’ve aggregated over 1,200 metric tons this way always with verifiable source data attached.
