8. Verification and Inspection Procedures
All material is physically inspected and weighed at source by SUDAN GOLD field officers. Samples are sealed in duplicate—one retained by seller, one by SUDAN GOLD—and sent for assay. No payment is made without completed verification. GPS coordinates, photographs, and signed logs are recorded for every batch.

9. Pricing, Assays, and Weight Determination
Pricing is based on final assay results from accredited laboratories or field-validated XRF readings. A tolerance of ±0.3% purity is accepted for field XRF versus lab fire assay. Weight is determined using calibrated scales verified quarterly. Final weight and purity determinations are binding once documented and signed by both parties.
